What we did

Our client was a software reseller and consultancy. Successfully founded by three founders who had been made redundant at the same time, the owners received an unsolicited offer to buy their business, which one of the three founders was tempted by.  

We helped them evaluate the offer, which was then rejected.  

We then helped them create a new business plan which led to significant organisational development, and an amicable change in the business relationship between the three founders. We helped management review performance against the new business plan through a series of annual workshops.  The business received another, much bigger, offer three years later which they accepted, after following an evaluation process designed by us.
