What we did

Our client, a significant US business family with interests in several industries, invited Rupert Merson LLP to help draft a family constitution, taking account of the wishes of all the key family members and taking the counsel of the family’s lawyers and advisers. Our process included education sessions for the family, interviews with family members, and drafting workshops led by us.  The family constitution was successfully adopted by the family.
