What we did

Rupert Merson LLP was initially asked to provide personal coaching and counselling to the founding CEO of a UK high-fashion footwear business. 

After the successful establishment of the business and the transfer of the CEO to the US, Rupert Merson LLP was asked to provide advice and support to the board of the UK subsidiary as a participating observer. Along the way, Rupert Merson LLP helped the business with several ancillary projects, including the recruitment of a new CFO.
