What we did

Our client was a privately held, complex organisation, with several hundred shareholders, including both corporates and individuals, a multi-national service offering and client base focused on professional service firms, and plans to take on institutional finance.

We responded to a request to review its existing board structure and performance and make recommendations for change in order to help make the business easier to sell. Following the successful implementation of our recommendations the business was sold to private equity.
